Should you forget something, don't worry! We have a store located on-site. It's fully equipped with a lot of the things you may just have left at home. We also sell ice cream, chips, candy, fishing gear, bait, gasoline, hats, shirts, and sweaters.
Espanola is located 15 minutes to the north of the resort. In 'Town' you will find, grocery stores, beer and liquor store, hardware stores, restaurants, and many other 'necessities' you may need.
Little Current is located 25 minutes to the south of the resort. All of the above amenities can also be found there.
Cancellation and Deposit Information
All bookings require a $200 non-refundable deposit.
No deposit? No booking!
Due to our small size, all cancellations affect us significantly.
Cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival date or "no shows" will be held liable for 100% of the value of your reservation, including boat and motor rentals.
Other Important Policies
Check in/Check Out:
All guests must register at the office
Check-in is 4pm on the day of arrival
Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.
Please no early check-ins unless special arrangements are made.
There are no refunds on un-used days.
Each cottage is rated for 6 guests. Please do not arrive with extra guests in your party without prior arrangements, you run the risk of being turned away.
Also note that children and babies are counted as people. If you arrive with extra people against our policy, you risk being turned away and charged in full.
Pets:
Please keep pets off of beds and furniture.
Bring something from home for them to sleep on.
Pets must be kept on a leash at ALL times.
Fees will be charged for damage caused by pets, or anyone.
Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Our resort is for the enjoyment of all, if your pets become a problem, you could be asked to leave.
Cleaning:
Please ensure your cottage is left in a clean and tidy manner.
An excessive mess left for housekeeping will result in additional fees charged.
If something is missing from your cottage, please let us know.
